By accessing or using AgentsBest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
You must create an account to access most features of AgentsBest. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
AgentsBest supports three roles: Customers, Agents, and Vendors. Each role has specific rights and responsibilities on the platform. All users must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate community standards.
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including services offered, pricing, and contact information. AgentsBest does not guarantee the quality or performance of any vendor. Customers should conduct their own due diligence before hiring.
Agents may invite clients and vendors to their network. Agents are responsible for the vendors they refer and should only recommend services they have vetted. AgentsBest is not liable for outcomes arising from agent referrals.
Our messaging system is provided for legitimate business communications between users. You may not use the messaging system for spam, harassment, or any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to monitor communications for safety and compliance.
Vendor subscription plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, with changes taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
All content, features, and functionality on AgentsBest are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
AgentsBest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of AgentsBest after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
